FAQ

Questions, answered.

The things people ask us most. Don't see yours? Call or text, we're happy to help.

What kind of jobs do you specialize in?+

Our focus is full-property work: hoarder house cleanouts, estate cleanouts, and whole-house clearings, plus basement, attic, and garage cleanouts. We also handle everyday junk removal, recurring trash collection, light demolition, and roll-off dumpster rentals.

How does pricing work?+

Most junk removal is priced by the volume your items take up, plus the labor and any demolition involved. Full-property and estate cleanouts are quoted after a quick walkthrough or a few photos. Every price is confirmed upfront before any work begins. No hidden fees.

Do you offer same-day service?+

Whenever possible, yes. The fastest way to lock in a slot is to call or text. Larger cleanouts are usually scheduled for the next available day after a quick assessment.

How do I get a quote fast?+

Text photos of what you need removed to (484) 243-0777 and we'll send pricing back quickly. You can also request a quote through the form on our site or call us directly.

Do you handle hoarder and estate cleanouts discreetly?+

Always. These situations call for care, structure, and zero judgment. We start with an on-site walkthrough, give you a clear scope, and clear the property respectfully, coordinating donations where it makes sense.

How do dumpster rentals work?+

We deliver a roll-off dumpster in a size up to 40 yards, you load it on your own schedule, and we haul it away. Rentals are a flat $295 plus $115 per ton for disposal within Philadelphia city limits, and we will quote your location if you are outside the city. Need something faster? We also run short term 2-hour, 8-hour, and multiple-load options.

What areas do you serve?+

Delaware County is our home base. We also serve Philadelphia, Chester County, and The Main Line. Not sure if you're in range? Call or text and we'll let you know.

Do you take hazardous items?+

Yes, in most cases we can take them. Items like paint, chemicals, batteries, and tires need special handling, so please speak with us first. Give us a call and we will confirm the items and plan the safest way to remove and dispose of them.

Are you insured?+

Yes. T Maxwell is fully insured for junk removal, cleanouts, and light demolition.

What forms of payment do you accept?+

Cash, card, and digital payments. Commercial and property-management clients can be invoiced.
